Big Boy Car Seat

Colt out grew his infant seat in length, so we had to step up and get him a big boy car seat. Being the rule-follower and neurotic mom that I am, I went to CHP to have them put it in for me. Uncle Dan works for CHP so we got to visit him while we had our seat installed. Uncle Dan showed off the little man around the office, and then he was off to slumber land since we had just come from physical therapy this morning. He was pooped!

As a sidenote, Colt was so busy staring at Dan that it took the entire office to get him to look that direction. I love how adults can be reduced to clapping, singing, snapping goofballs in order to get a baby or child to look at the camera!
The Braille lady came yesterday too and ran a few tests on him and said he looks fantastic and is making great progress. We've also discovered that his crazy movements (he's wiggly) are vision related, which is great news. He can't see that great unless you're close to him, so when he has a hard time focusing on things he gets a little wiggly. This is actually really good news, because it means it isn't a spastic muscle issue which he may never have been able to fix if it were that. The vision thing is very correctable :) Whew!
