Fun Stuff

His first "black eye"...sort of. Which looks like nothing in this photo but it was gnarly! It was a huge bump sticking out of his face when he did it (fell on the corner of my bedpost).......boys will be boys right?

I have been trying to let him feed himself a little more, but this is what he looks like after I hand him the spoon........ it's tiring feeding yourself :)

Now what else can I get avocado on?

He loves his dogs....here they are having a cuddle.

And helping his pal Jack out with a snack.....these two were feeding each other! So cute!

More Fun

Today we finger painted with Patricia and successfully got more paint on his face and body than the paper! But he had fun......

We had a beach day yesterday....talked Kreg into playing hookie from work so we could have a family day!

Check out the legs....he made sure every single square inch was covered in sand.

But man does he LOVE the beach!

So after all this fun... everybody was REALLY tired!

Kitties!

Does anyone want a kitten? My mom's friend has a litter that are soooo cute, so we paid them a visit today.

He really wasn't that interested in the cats, more so in their cat toys but Grammie tried really hard to get him interested.

Kels, on the other hand, was very interested...especially in Tipper, because he was the most chill little kitten!

He Keeps Me On My Toes

I let Colt color while I "tried" to get something done on the computer.....this is what he colored.

Thankfully they were washable.....

And then he decided he'd like to crawl into the cabinet now that the drawers are boring......

He successfully found a way to fit and was pretty proud of himself!

Swim Lessons

Grammie took Colt to swim lessons this weekend as I couldn't get in the water because of some stitches (nothing serious). They had a fun time together and I got to take some pictures!

Seriously, not fair. Why do boys get lashes like this?

Can you tell he LOVES swim lessons....it's hard to get him to focus on the tasks when all he wants to do is splash!

Pool Day

We had a nice day enjoying our new pool with my friend Joey's kids and Auntie Deir. This is Colt and Cash giving each other a stare down.

Cash is so dang cute, his arm around Colt posing for the picture.

And last, Colt's new favorite place to play- in this drawer. He loves to climb in so we filled it with toys so that it can be his special place.

4th of July

This was Colt after pooltime....super tired! He was d-o-n-e after this!

Haven't posted much because we've been busy enjoying summer and the 4th of July! We had a fun time on the 4th, Colt had so much fun that took a 4 hour nap today to recuperate!
