Beach Escape

I was determined to get a picture where Colt and I are both smiling....finally we did it!

I wish my little booger would wear his sunglasses.....but no dice!

We let Colt wander in the sand today in Laguna, he did not know what to think of it!

My Aunt and Uncle came out to see us so we all spent a nice day at the beach today!

Puppies!

Colt reeeeeally likes dogs, can you tell??

My mom's friend is fostering 6 puppies that were dropped off at the shelter, so we went to visit and give them some love since her hands are so full with all of them!

Lazy

This weather has made me feel so lazy, I haven't touched the camera all week :) Colt's been doing well in his new therapy place. We might head to our old place next week again to work with the owner (we love her, but she's usually really busy). He's starting to walk around holding on to our hands, something we've never been able to get him interested in before!

Thinking about it.....

He's thinking about taking some steps, but still not quite brave enough!

Best Sister

Colt is pretty lucky, don't you think?

We had a physical therapy evaluation at a new place just as a second opinion today, and the new therapist said he's doing great! She sees nothing of big concern and says we just need to work on some balance!

Gettin' to Work

Baby yoga...downward facing dog pose. Who knows why, I am guessing because he's trying to stand up? But he does this all the time now.

Still working on glasses time, not really getting any easier yet. We try to squeeze in some time each day to focus on some small toys.

Baby Day

I took Kels over to meet Lila sans Colt so that we could send some quiet baby time with her! I didn't want to give her back. I feel like I've already forgotten what it's like to have a tiny baby to hold.

This is Jaclyn's nephew, Baby Joey. He and Colt were having a staring contest. Colt really liked him, he has a thing for people his size.

OUT!

Colt was so busy trying to fight off his afternoon nap, that he ended up falling asleep sitting up against his bumper. He slept like that for the whole nap, I thought it was pretty funny.

Any idea how hard it is to get three little boys to sit still and look at the camera??

The newest member of Colt's soon to be friend circle arrived this weekend, so we went to go meet Lila today. The boys will probably be fighting over her if she looks anything like her mom :) Colt is already interested.

I have pre-selected Colt's future best friends because I love their moms and it would be very convenient for us to work out that way :) So here are the boys together, Colt is still a bit little to keep up with these guys but it won't be long. He's already trying to steal Jett's cup.

Superbowl Style

Here's Colt having male bonding time on Superbowl.....here he was right before a much needed nap. All the friends we had hanging out- pooped him out!

Colt always has a blast at Grammie's house because she has fun things that we don't have at home, like this cool swing! As you can tell, he loves it!

Look What He Figured Out

Colt has figured out how to throw his food off the side of the high chair to feed the dogs who always wait patiently near the haigh chair in case something falls off. Well now he leans over the side and drops it right in front of them. He thinks it's hilarious, and I am not sure how to get him to stop! Don't worry, the dogs wait for it to drop- they don't try to get it out of his hands :) I'm right there to police the situation too. I have a video of it that I will post soon, but the site isn't letting me today!
