All Swaddled Up

Shannon had Colt all swaddled up today and he really liked that. He was like a little burrito. The little tape on his nose by the tubing is just there to protect his nose from getting sore from the tubes. Colt had a good day. He just slept the day away, I held him for awhile and he slept the whole time. He woke up right when I was leaving, just in time to get fiesty and make me feel bad for leaving. Nothing really to report, tomorrow they will do labs in the morning to check electrolytes. His blood gas this morning was good too. Monday we get to meet with one of our nurse practitioners to talk to her about the next steps in getting him home. He weighed 2 lbs. 7 oz. and is seven weeks old today.
