Happy Birthday Kreg and Colt!

Colt is one month old today...and it's Kreg's birthday today! Sorry no pics today (I left the download cord in Carlsbad, so I will put some up tomorrow). He's doing well, no changes from yesterday. His blood gases are good, and he is still at a rate of 22 on the ventilator. He's on room air for oxygen. I'll update this post later as I call in more for a few more updates, and after we go in to talk to Toby.

UPDATE: Still going well. Colt is tolerating the feeds well and is able to go to the bathroom (always a good thing). On a good note, he may get to be extubated within the week if he continues to do well on the ventilator (that means the tube in his throat can come out). He would then be put on a CPAP machine that goes in his nose to make sure he remembers to breathe!
